Tax season is officially upon us! We are in the full swing of things, and wanted to post a few reminders and helpful tips for you as we head into the 2015 filing season!
Our office hours have been officially extended, starting Monday, 2/9/15, through 4/15/15:
- Mondays – Fridays: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have had a change of address and/or phone number; call the office at (520) 886-3181 or, alternatively, email your information change to us at email@example.com.
Please answer all of the questions in your organizer questionnaire. This is crucial for the 2014 tax year due to the Affordable Care Act enactments, and we will not be able to complete your tax return until the questions that pertain to the ACA and healthcare coverage are answered. We mailed the organizers out mid-January, so if you have not yet received yours, please call us at your earliest convenience to get a replacement copy.
If you know that you will need to be placed on extension, send your tax documents/reports to our office at least one week in advance of the filing deadline so our firm can evaluate whether a payment should be made with your extension.
