The Arizona Department of Revenue has been revising their TPT (sales tax) reporting forms. If you file your forms by paper (whether it be monthly, quarterly or annually), you will soon be receiving new forms that look much different than what you have been used to. If you have a single location, you should be receiving the TPT-EZ form. If you have multiple locations, you should be receiving theTPT-2 form.
The new forms are to be used starting with sales made on or after June 1, 2016. So when you complete your June TPT (sales tax) reports in July, you should be using these new forms. Please see the links below where you may obtain additional information on these new forms.
